Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with WALKINGMARKS. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or worn.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing work.walkingmarks@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, or for eligible size replacements (subject to stock availability).

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the product after delivery, you may request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria above.
